We were fortunate enough to stay in the newly renovated unit which was wonderful - modern, comfortable and really a pleasure. The only comment is that when housekeeping was asked for fresh towels, we were informed that this wouldn't be possible and that towels were only changed at the end of our stay (after). We would have appreciated if this was communicated at the outset.
We didn't have breakfast at venue. There were no breakfast served at the venue
The room was clean and neat, however stuffy on the first day. The indoor Jacuzzi area needs work and thw water was luke warm. The outdoor Jacuzzi was great but other where in during our booked times.
The place is beyond,beautiful ,view is exceptional 🤏🏻

The resort has a friendly environment with amazing staff,they go all out to make sure that your stay is memorable with different types of activities for adults and children make the resort very enjoyable
Funny smell in the apartment especially the second room. Clothes absorbed the smell, everything has ro be re washed. Shower gel not refilled. No other toiletries. Remember ro carry your own. Getting dilapidated. Rooms: Smelly. Nearby activities: Games room. Safety: Fairly safe. Noteworthy details: Smelly rooms carry air freshener and extra towels. Towels only changed once a week
The rooms were clean and the cleaning service was excellent. The place is a great place to take the kids, the facilities especially the play area cater for kids. My kids loved everything about the place.
Great location, however accommodation was very average. Units are tired and dated and have a wet odor when aircons are off. pool is small and a little shop on site would have definitely helped. Overall it was a quick getaway to spend time with family and everyone had a good time

For the price it’s good value for money. Just a short walk then you on the beach.
Good welcome, assistance with luggage, and daily house cleaning. The location is great too, close to lots of amenities in Durban, Umhlanga. Besides the rainy period, we had fun. Rooms: A bit small, but bedding is good and comfy. Nearby activities: Restaurants around, Gateway and Ocean View Malls nearby. Beach also just a walk away. Safety: Good security and it is well fenced. Walkability: Walkway to the beach, via the Park can be guided if requested. Otherwise nice quiet suburban walk. Food & drinks: No food nor drinks sold in the establishment. But all available within 2 min drive. Noteworthy details: Hot tub, indoors and outdoors.

They have to upgrade the rooms and make it a bit more modern. The one room I was in the bathroom still had a bath/shower. They need to decide which one cause the other had the shower. Location based off on our room not really having a Seaview due to Breakers. The location is good easy access to a trail and beach. The service was amazing in terms of cleaning and assisting when needed help. It's a nice place just needs to be upgraded or maintained.

This was a mini getaway for the kiddos since its school closure. Rooms are in good cindition and iits deal for families and has all the necessary items to make a stay homely. We enjoyed our stay there
We had a wonderful stay . The resort is next to a nature reserve. There is a hiking trail and a private beach . The nearest swimming beach is Bronze beach . There is no parking near the beach so you will have to use the paved walkway.
Had a lovely midweek holiday with my wife. Great warm weather especially for the beginning of July. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did so much at the hotel which included rock climbing, steam room, putt putt, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Definitely worth the drive from North West. Would love to come again in the future. Rooms: Nice and spacious rooms. Needs a bit more cupboard space. On sweet bathrooms are great.

My visits bedding specifically the single extra duvet cover in main room was uncleaned. Rooms: The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with necessary crockery but the kettle cord is too short we had to put it on top of the toaster which is not safe. The knives are blunt. If a blender can he added. Nearby activities: 1 km to the beach and biggest malls. The pool and jacuzzi. Safety: Tight security and restricted monitored access. Walkability: Disability access need to be reviewed. It was not very easy for me as I was on crutches after a recent accident but the stuff was very helpful and friendly. Food & drinks: Not served. Courtesy bottled or bigger refilled water would be great to have in the rooms
