The jacuzzi location
I loved that when we arrived there was someone at reception. He was so friendly and welcoming. I loved our room, the staff service. The hotel was exactly as we saw in the pictures and everything that was mentioned. Would differently recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and stay.
The cleanliness
It was easy to book the accommodation, receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Stayed over on my birthday so I had a little something-something waiting for me in the room 🥰😇 the property is BEAUTIFUL and clean. I have zero complaints.
We had the most amazing stay at Margate beach club in the luxury 3 bed apartment with heated splash pool on the deck and built in braai, the sea view was beautiful and the unit was spectacular, this was one of my most luxurious stays and value for money. My family and I loved every moment of being in this accommodation and the staff were super friendly and the cleaners were amazing they really go out of their way to make sure your unit is clean and smells fresh. I recommend this to anyone that enjoys luxurious and peaceful stays. It was so nice and quiet we slept so well. Thank you Margate beach club for making this a memorable family holiday. J love the view in the resort the place is good and the game room is unbelievable good me and my family were playing pool and the games here and it was like I was in a lustrous room with every painting was gold thanks Margaret club for the best experience of my life im still here but I wana say thanks
My Family and I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. The Resort fabulous, beautiful and so relaxing. The view of ocean and felt very safe. The room very clean and neat with cleaning service done daily Enjoyed the meet and Braai event. Will def visit again. Perfect stay for family Kids entertained.
Apartment was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. The swimming pool and beach access was brilliant. They have a great games room on offer for the children that is well looked after and the staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming.

This place will rival most 5 star resorts I can tell u it's cleanliness and rooms are second to none my 3 kids having a blast and we still Here, even the linen is crisp, u won't even find a single ant in ur room I'm so impressed it's unbelieveable, I found my place in the south for sure...this place truly sets the standard. Noteworthy details: I'm big on cleanliness and this place set the bar for me cause ibhave little kids and everything was prestine.
I loved everything about it. My children enjoyed themselves. Our pool had warm water both morning and evening. Few steps away from the beach and cherry on too the staff was so friendly (receptionist,security and cleaners). I can't wait to visit the place again.
Very friendly and helpfull staff
We had a lovely stay, well maintained and clean, however there were some things that could have made it much better. When we phoned for the booking we were told that our unit is not sea facing but that the main bedroom has a small patio on the side of the building from which you can view the ocean. This was not the case we asked that if there was any cancelations for a patio unit we would glad pay more points to move, after two days passed a visibly empty patio unit was available (our whole stay) the reception staff did not even try to assist us to move we had to wait for working hour of the holiday club to phone and try and move but this service was also not very good as by Tuesday we finally got an answer that the unit “does not belong to the Holiday Club”.The rooms were very stuffy with no aircons. The fan in the lounge area barely worked thank goodness the bedroom fan was working well. Our fridge did not cool that well, and a slightly larger fridge would have been better too. I felt like the check in staff could have been a little more thorough with explaining how the cleaning services worked and other things they had to offer, I know check in time is busy but if you have to gather a couple of people together and verbally quickly explain, that would be perfect in my opinion. Instead a leaflet is given.

Little treasure on the South Coast - great facilities, stunning penthouse apartments in immaculate condition right on the beach. The heated plunge pool was an absolute treat, right on your own little entertainment patio overlooking the beach.
The place is easily accessible,the staff is very kind and helpful. The villa is has a vey view,clean and have access to the beach with security and cameras. The kids play area,game room and daily activities schedule for both adults and kids was cherry on top. Swimming towels & extra games to keep in your rooms during our stay.
