Room i in good condiotion but they dont provide drinking water from day two. ACTUALLY we suffered thirsty since we arrived a bit late and the restaurant where you can buy water was closed. Since I booked via Booking.com, there was no option for breakfast only to learn this hapens in their official website. The wifi is pathetic. You can rely on it for work

The place was very nice and comfortable, it definately met my expectations. The spa treatment was exceptional I would highly recommend that you ask for Boitumelo is you want to do a massage...she is incredible I feel so relaxed. Lastly some of the activities should not come ay a cost they should be complementary as part of the booking for a stay. Overall it was a good experience

Für Kinder gut geeignet, wenn denn alle Facilities nutzbar wären. Die Hüpfburg war für unsere Enkelin der Hit. Für Kinder wird genug geboten. Der Swimmingpool war riesengroß und super toll.
The property is clean I loved everything about it.
Room, I have never seen such cleanliness. I came from suncity and our room was spotless. Thank you so much for making a beautiful experience for my family. The warm pool was the highlight for my kids, we even left suncity early because all they wanted was the pool and the pizza from your restaurant. The free shuttle service to suncity was my highlight one less thing to do. Thank you so much. Money well spent.
Great facilities, quiet and clean
10/10 accommodation. Highly recommend. Our villa was cleaned to the tee. We were very comfortable and all amenities were provided. We did not get to use much of the facilities due to rain however we are looking forward to coming back soon.
Good friendly staff
Our room was clean, however very dated. The pillows were like a bag of oranges to sleep on. Lounge and pillows haven't been replaced since it was built? I booked a 2 bedroom villa to use the outdoors , the table and chairs were unsafe and unusable as were the two pool lounges . If this apartment is privately owned , the owners need to spend some money making it worth the money we spent to stay there. Stay somewhere else.
The surroundings environment is very good we like it so much. Quiet, very clean and near to pinalesburg national park, perfect location for those who want to visit game drive. Beautiful hotel

Our recent stay here was really lovely. Rooms are stunning and you really don't need to go anywhere as there are activities on site, 2 restaurants, a convenience store, a spa, waterslides , swimming pools. The slides were under maintenance during our visit but will definitely return so that the kids can enjoy it. No regrets. We actually extended our stay.

What an amazing holiday we had staying at the resort. The booking agent, Naseema was awesome. Professional and patient. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Security at the gate very vigilant and friendly. The resort is well kept. We stayed for 5 days we really enjoyed ourselves the peace and tranquility was awesome it was a break we needed and what better place just to come and relax close to nature i will highly recommend this place to family and friends

The resort is very nice and good for relaxation when resting. Loved the nature around the resort. The villas are spacious and neatly put to give privacy with the private patio. There is enough entertainment that caters to both kids and adults on the resort. In overall I do recommend it as a good first option than staying at Sun City hotels due to the value for money and the set up for the rooms makes you feel like you have your own home from home. Loved it.

second visit using The Holiday Club points. The rooms are very large, new fixtures, should be more than what you wpuld expect, but our unit had a plastic cover over a portion of the roof and still it leaked like a seive when it rained.

The food at the restaurant and the restaurant staff was excellent. We went for quad biking and archery. Big ups to Munewa who took us on a quad biking activity. He is excellent and very patient

I was upgraded to the new self-catering unit I was there for a weekend for a funeral and definitely booked again for December holiday i cant wait to come back n enjoy the environment.

Great facilities for families with kids. Also very close to Sun City (less than 5 mins) with an hourly shuttle. Great activities in game drives, spa, quad biking and many more tgat are suitable for couples.

We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival into the Pilanesberg area. Check in was easy, the rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. Grounds are well maintained. Beware, there is no assistance with luggage. Only 1 restaurant/cafe open due to maintenance which had a reasonably priced menu. The shuttle to Sun City must be booked, although they over book this so make sure you are early for your pick up or you’ll be waiting until the next round (around 45mins in our experience). Would recommend the resort for Families (kids seemed to be having a ball in the water park and pool areas) & those who have a car.

Beautiful location, clean and well equipped chalet with friendly staff. Food was great and facilities were enjoyed by everyone. We didn't expect to have our chalet cleaned every day so that was a surprise.

Our stay at this resort was magnificent. The staff were very welcoming and their customer service is great. I'd like to single Garry out as the manager that went an extra mile to seeve and retain us. He bent himself backwards to ensure that we were happy. The rooms are clean and I enjoyed their food as well. I'd recommend for families to go and spoil themselves at this resort. First time at kingdom resort and I was amazed. Rooms were amazingly designed and absolutely clean . Surroundings and pools were spotless . Rooms: 6 sleepers were amazingly spotless and well spaced. We had a wonderful stay at the Kingdom Resort and happily give it 5 stars. We did have an initial issue upon arrival where the WiFi was not working. However, Donald went above and beyond to help us. He was extremely dedicated and worked hard to find a solution, which we really appreciated. Thanks to his excellent service, the rest of our stay was perfect. The rooms (and houses) are very clean and well-equipped with everything you need. We were particularly impressed with the beds, which were very comfortable and had nice, firm mattresses. The resort seems to be very geared towards families, but we found it was also an excellent choice for a short stopover, even without children. We would definitely recommend it!

Check in is way too late in the day. No towels in the room - had to ask 3 times. TV channels were complex to access and many didn't work. Only one working restaurant way down at the play area with very few indoor tables - on a cold rainy day this was not ideal - food, beverages and drinks are ordered from 3 different places. Coffee and tea facilities provided in the room but no milk, only some weird plastic tasting powder mix. Shower mixer not so good, hard to get hot cold mix right and only had a large weak pressure

Booked for 2 days but can only book in at 15:00 so i then only received 1 and half day. Wanted to take shower in evening and morning no hot water. Aircon did not work properly cooling the room.

The Kingdom Resort is a beautiful holiday destination.It is child friendly. It is well kept.They have set daily activities which are child and family oriented, should you wish to participate. My family and I will definitely visit again.
Stayed only 1 night before a conference. It's very nice and has everything you need. It was better than expected. They need better pathway lighting at night.

We had such a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the private braai area was absolutely lovely and so convenient. The heated pool was perfect, and there are loads of activities to enjoy – ideal for families. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The only small challenge for Muslim guests is that the bathrooms don’t have a sink near the toilet to fill a jug, but otherwise everything was fantastic. Highly recommended!
The rooms were super clean and comfortable. There was a patio that backed onto bushland, to watch the sunset. It felt very private, and was a great base for a safari in the Pilanesburg park. There's also lots of facilities at the resort to keep the whole family happy.

Had a good stay overall, was only for one night, room was very comfortable with good amenities and a private patio to enjoy a sunset or morning coffee, buffet dinner was lovely with good food, Lighting and general vibe was great , could do with a little better service. Need to get finished with building works, and the stream running by the restaurant needs some attention. Rooms: Rooms are great with kitchenette, spacious bathroom and air-conditioning. Nearby activities: Lots to do ,needed more time. Safety: Good safety. Walkability: Fine during the day , got a bit lost at night trying to find the restaurant and back. Food & drinks: Good food, overall. Could do with an alacarte menu. Noteworthy details: Enjoyed the stay , wouldn't be able to afford a longer stay though

O resort tem uma ótima infraestrutura, com boa acomodação, boa comida e um atendimento ótimo. Fui em casal, mas pude perceber que tem uma infraestrutura preparada para quem vai com crianças. O resort oferece atrações como safári (que utilizei e é muito bom), spa e muitas atrações para crianças. Tem um minimercado dentro do resort, que serve para quem se hospeda em cabanas com cozinha, e uma lojinha com lembranças e artesanato. Me hospedaria novamente, com certeza!

We enjoyed our stay and everything met our expectation. Our room was a bit small but was clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and professional. We ate at the resturant a few times and the food was reasonable. We were very happy with the location as it is close to Sun City and the free shuttle worked very well for us.

The park is conveniently located near to the Pilansberg National Park gates. Grounds are family friendly and offer lots of activities for the kids. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very nice. We wanted to conduct guided night drives into the park but there was no offerings with the resort and staff were unable to direct us as to the best way to book something. We ended up talking directly with the Pilansberg National Park staff directly to book a drive.
It was a very costumer-centric experience. The staff were friendly everywhere. I really liked that when the scheduled game drives were fully booked they organized another one to accommodate the those of us who still wanted to enjoy. The whole spa experience (including booking) was very pleasant

Have been coming for Kingdom for years and every time we go there are new improvements to the facilities, the staff are always amazing, it is comfortable and super convenient to get into Pilansburg, not to mention fantastic value for money. Will keep coming back for years to come.

Great family friendly resort. Rooms: Rooms are well appointed with everything you need. Only issue was they do not tell you upfront you need to pay to use the heater in your room - about R650 for the week. Also, they do provide laundry service at a very reasonable rate. Food & drinks: Restaurant on site with good menu but limited breakfast buffet options. Noteworthy details: Heated pool, outdoor theatre. Do NOT book safaris with the resort. Book directly with the safari company. We booked with resort and only got a packet of chips and boxed orange juice in below freezing weather on the early morning safari when other tours provided hot coffee, breakfast and alcoholic beverages (coffee and amarula). When we enquired, we were told the resort chose the options and didnt provide anything for the driver.

It was clean and easily accessible
A beautiful family friendly resort, with kids activities, restaurants and self catering units. Close to Suncity and the Pilansberg Park. You can book game drives and other activities at the resort. The self catering units are beautiful, luxurious and well maintained. By far, one of the best I've stayed at in South Africa. There's a small shopping village nearby, with a Spar supermarket, McDonald's, Engen. This area however is very dodgy, so don't go alone or at night. Can definitely be a great value for money holiday, with a bit of planning. Rooms: The self catering units are beautiful and luxurious. Well maintained, comfortable, with everything you need for your stay. Nearby activities: Sun City, Pilansberg National Park game drives and bush walks. Safety: Fairly safe, however the shopping village nearby is dodgy. Walkability: Need a vehicle to get around. Food & drinks: Well priced, good taste, many options. The closing times of restaurants are strange, they close very early. Perhaps that's because they expect people to braai or prepare their own meals due to the resort having self catering facilities. The cafe closes at 5pm. We were there at 4.30pm and it was already closed. There's another sit down restaurant that closes around 9pm. So you need to plan your meal times. Noteworthy details: The self catering accommodation is beautiful and well maintained. Suncity and the Pilansberg park are 5 minutes away. There's a shuttle to Suncity from the Kingdom resort, however the entry fee into Suncity is ridiculous, over R400 per person. The drive from OR Tambo airport to the Kingdom resort is fairly easy on good roads. Use the R565 route via Rustenberg.

Great resort with lots of potential. Food is also good and a lot to do. T. The water boats doesn't work as yet, no batteries and no one has been trained to operate it as yet. Staff for other activities like the rock climbing should also be trained better or more experience needed. The extractor fan in the bathrooms is way too small and doesn't work. General service is good and staff is friendly.
Brilliant and the best service we have had in a very long time. The food quart has a variety of food available, and well worth it. Can honestly say that nothing that we ate was not to satisfactory. Room was well equipped for self catering. We used the outdoor fireplace for our braai and it was cleaned immediately the next morning. Loved the access to the pools and relaxing loungers etc.

I enjoy that there are multiple pools / entertainment areas to select from. We were very happy that there was one heated pool, especially since it was winter

This property is very family focused with loads of activities from a water park to paddke courts, rock climbing to heated pools, great rooms on offer, good location to Sun city, unique Antelope safari, good facilities and ease of resort movement . A really nice location to visit. Unwind and enjoy ... try it out next in the area or planning to visit.... 👌😎

It's affordable and located near a variety of nature reserves. The in-house restaurant has a variety of good foods. Although we went at the dawn of winter, we couldn't do water activities. However, we did the rare game quad biking, and it was the first time I did rode a quad bike, and it was a wonderful experience. I do recommend people to check this resort out as our experience is worth sharing.

Chalet very comfortable, neat and clean; well equipped(although no dishwasher and washing machine, as was advertised); staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant: staff very friendly and helpful. Texture of food (we only had muffins and pizzas) not very nice. In our opinion the quality of the food did not compare favourably with the quality of the accommodation (chalet). Layout of the property is very well done. Adequate amenities -cater for the whole family. Peaceful atmosphere. Loved the game drives, especially the Rare Wild Game Drive, although it is expensive for families with children. No interactive activities on the Rare Game Drive, as was advertised. Massage and facial at the Spa were very nice.

Chalet was clean and big. Leap adventures had an excellent game drive guide called TT. Hot water was not consistent, it either finishes very fast or the hot water lasts only for awhile. Airconditioner could not be adjusted.

Great facilities. We were harrazed by so many stray cats, roaming every where, eating anything they find. The result is that there is no bird life on the resort. Really a nuisance.

What a great resort to get away for a long weekend, close enough to Sun City that you can pop over to Valley of the waves, or the casino or dinner at one of the Sun City restaurants. But the Kingdom Resort has some great facilities with hot water swimming pool, outdoor cinema, putt putt, games and a Rare Game Drive. Rooms are clean neat and modern. It was a great choice Rooms: Modern, neat and spacious. Nearby activities: Swimming pools, putt putt, volleyball, outdoor cinema, bar. Safety: In a secure complex with 24-hr security
Liked the rooms as they were neat and clean. Best shower I've ever experienced and I travel the world 🤣. Liked the little touches of the Dove products left in the rooms. The pool area and the noodles were amazing. Great bar area to relax with your feet in the sand while sitting on swings and having cocktails to end the day. Surprisingly nice music played at the bar, keeps you there vibing. Loved that they have movie night at 7pm outside. Beautiful pools. Safe with great security...apparently the buffet is nice but we missed that. We did archery, the game drive with (MK) and movie night. Great for a short break.

We loved the spacious unit we stayed in - with a large lounge and kitchen (we had a two-bed unit) and the heated pool was amazing as we visited in autumn. The kids loved the novelty of the movie at night outdoors. We also enjoyed the putt putt and the jumping pillow.

Booked in after the Easter rush ,we stayed in the newly built section 'Nkwe ',the room was beautiful and very modern, everyone at the resort is super friendly and helpful ,definitely recommended the heated pool and the pilansberg game drive ,plenty of other activities to do aswell, Make sure to get the option to include breakfast, the buffet each morning is tops, overall a very nice and overlooked resort ,a more relaxing experience if the hustle and hurry of Sun City isn't for you ,FYI they do offer a free shuttle to Sun city . Nearby activities: Game drives,archery ,pools heated and cold ,bars,restaurants, outdoor movies ,predator world,sun city , pilansberg national park
We booked a Villa for 8 and it was perfect! Rooms were great, each had an en-suite and was plenty big enough.
Rooms: We booked and paid for 3 units but we're then advised you weren't allowed to gather in one unit, you must book the Boma at R1600. Nearby activities: Sun City entrance was R420 pet adult for a day visitor and you must be out by 6pm

I loved how secure it was and the friendliness of the stuff. I genuinely didn’t like the fact that our villa didn’t have a microwave. I don’t know why but I feel as though that’s one of the essentials in a self catering vicinity.
It is a nice place for a few days with children (if you have them) near Sun City. We had a Family Suite with a patio, although there is just the 2 of us. It is a spacious place with an outdoor patio partially enclosed with a fence. The bed is comfortable and the shower is excellent. There are some cooking facilities and there is a convenience store within the complex but it closes at 18:00, so we were late. We had to eat in their restaurant which is covered but open space and a view of the fountain if you find an appropriate table. There is a shuttle to Suncity but apparently there is an entrance fee for the suncity which we found rather strange. We understood Suncity to be a shopping and entertainment complex and one doesn’t expect to pay just to enter the place but there it is.
This is a great option rather than SunCity resort. It was clean, spacious, convenient to Pilanesberg, and soooo friendly! Just book it!
From the amazing food at dinner, (the burgers to be exact) to the game drive. ride to Sun City, the Spa resort, etc. Everything was perfect! Will definitely be returning in the future.
