the hotel was really nice, enjoyed the stay with the kids, it felt so safe before Christmas im glad we booked our stay before it was too full. on our last day we did not feel safe to let the kids go and swim on their own. but the facilities were really great.
loved the fact that its very close to the beach because my whole family loves swimming, it was bonus to have indoor pools as my kids stayed on the pools until evening. We enjoy the jacuzzi and the sauna.

My opinion is that the accommodation is beautiful but the bathroom needs an upgrade,it was very outdated. We had a problem with the geyser but it was sorted out immediately 😀 was very happy with our stay.

This was the 1st time in MANY YEARS I went on holiday anf the 1st time with my husband of 20 years. The experience was GREAT the staff was FRIENDLY and very welcoming and helpful. Just had an AWESOME time. Thanks so much Durban Spa for making our stay memorable. The reception ladies, the cleaning lady were exceptional especially the sea view. Hope to see you soon again!!!! Safety: Security 24 hours and surveillance cameras. Walkability: It's so accessible to beach,ushaka, and many others places of interest. Food & drinks: Their Cafe is so clean with good staff and delicious meal more especially their well prepared breakfast. Noteworthy details: Their staff are always reachable even if your not in the reception each room have the phone so that you can call at anytime if need assistance or help
