Terms and Conditions

1. Rand price based on exchange rate as at 10/12/2025, and may vary at time of payment.
2. To avoid disappointment, please contact your chosen resort prior to arrival to book your package inclusions.
3. The additional 5% offer is not applicable to this promotion.
4. Payment of the rental amount constitutes acceptance of these T&C's. Full payment must be received at time of booking and is subject to our cancellation policy and rules.
5. Occupation of the unit is subject to the rules of the resort.
6. The number of guests must not exceed what is stated in the confirmation letter. The advertised per person per night tariff is based on the full permitted occupancy for the full rental period. No reduction for a lesser occupancy or period will be allowed.
7. All specials are subject to availability and are offered on a first come first serve basis, and may have unit size, guest occupation, regional and booking period restrictions or conditions.
8. All our offers are on a Per unit / suite Per night basis.
9. All package inclusions are optional and cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Please remember to book your activities at Reception desk upon arrival.
11. You must avail of all package inclusions within the duration of your stay.
