The location and amenities
Facility was nice, however every activity you had to pay for including swimming in the heated pool. If you have a few kids like we do, it costs you a fortune .

Everything at Dikhololo was so well maintained. The chalet was very clean, neat and spacious. Saw loads of animals. Pools were very clean. Staff was very friendly.

Thiss place was sooo nice🙌💕 I went there with my family of 4 and it was interesting... But the thing that wasn't right was the rooms. They weren't sound proof 😭 cause I could I could hear people talking and I was sacred cause maybe they heard our conversations. But overall it wasssss great, me and my family did Zip lining and more activities so I recommend it✌️

Location is good, the resort itself is beautiful. Cleanliness in the rooms is really good. All the activity staff are friendly.
The facilities, the layout is family oriented, the rooms are spacious. The food in the restaurant is very good.
The villa,swimming pools,play grounds for children & the restaurant
We stayed here for 2 nights on arrival into the Pilanesberg area. Check in was easy, the rooms nicely decorated and comfortable. Grounds are well maintained. Beware, there is no assistance with luggage. Only 1 restaurant/cafe open due to maintenance which had a reasonably priced menu. The shuttle to Sun City must be booked, although they over book this so make sure you are early for your pick up or you’ll be waiting until the next round (around 45mins in our experience). Would recommend the resort for Families (kids seemed to be having a ball in the water park and pool areas) & those who have a car.

Waterberg Game Reserve is perfectly located in the bush, making it a true escape from everyday life. There is absolutely no network signal, which adds to the feeling of disconnecting and relaxing. The reserve is home to various wildlife, including different species of buck and warthogs that roam the area. The facilities are top class and well maintained. They include a swimming pool, games room, bar, restaurant, additional pools, game drives, hiking trails, a tennis court, mini golf, and paddling activities. Overall, it’s an excellent destination for a peaceful bush getaway with plenty to do.

Relaxing resort ideal for family getaways. Reception staff could be more polite though. We visited Dikhololo during August , there was a water leak in the bathroom of the unit so we were moved to another unit the next day ,thank you for that. What I noticed in both the units is the up keep of the bathroomsis not up to standard, the glass shower doors are dull and dirty ,shower floors also not cleaned regularly. Needless to say that bathroom hygiene is most important. Management please monitor and get those showers shining. Please explain why are guests paying for the indoor pools and for using the air-conditioning, in the units ?? Rooms: Spacious and neat
Lovely place with activities that are either free or cheap. Jacuzzi and steam rooms available. The pool is not heated. There is a kiddies pools too and braai facilities. The place is due for renovations. Rooms: Spacious rooms and a big balcony. The bathtubs and showers are old. I hear that place is due for a renovation in 2026. Everything! My kids were entertained from morning til night.
The room was not smelling nice and the was a cat that kept on disturbing our peace. Am not a pet person and i was not comfortable with the cat

Superb family resort. I cannot think of a place with more hospitable staff. The entire operation is just so well run.
We were just day visitors. However the hotel and chalets looked exceptional. Beautiful view across the dam and hills. Will definitely like to come stay there sometime. Nearby activities: Several outdoor games located at the beach club. Noteworthy details: The only remark will be that the access road can be upgraded along certain parts of the road - several potholes.

All facilities, attractions, and materials within the resort appear to have recently undergone upgrades or refurbishment. Everything presents as pristine and in impeccable condition.
The venue is soo stunning. The place has a lot to offer.
Food n drinks
They take every complaint or dissatisfaction seriously and it gets to be sorted immediately
Very secure, had a great restaurant and a nice place to relax after visiting Kruger.
