The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water park was amazing. Good value for money as Suncity has become ridiculously priced.
There are a lot of activities to do and the staff is nice. They have a nice convince shop watch has everything The free braai is nice Affordable prices at the restaurant, their wings are amazing
The activities
If you're going to Pilanesburg chances are you want to go on a safari drive. The downside with the kingdom is that the drives are only allowed for I believe age 6 and up which is a problem if you're going with young kids. The facilities are great, modern, and there is a lot of activities for young kids. Choice of pools as well, including a warm pool which my kids loved. Overall a positive experience, but again if you want to see animals on a game drive I'd stay elsewhere (thank you Kwa maritane for providing a great safari experience!)
Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Staff are excellent.
Very nice atmosphere. They just need more waiters and bartenders at the Junglebar on a Friday. There was one person trying to serve 12 thirsty clients. Waited 20mins for a simple beer
Très calme si pas de jet ski sur le lagon. Très propre et bien équipé. Jolie vue.
Kids were on a couch and not a proper bed. Family suit should cater for separate beds for kids
Clean large accommodation. Good location for access to Kruger National Park. The Bliss Body Spa was superb. The restaurant wasn't great, felt more like a motor way services, so eat out for a good meal. But ok for a snack with nice view of the river

Top tier accomdation
Layout of the chalet not so convenient for families with young kids as there is an adjoining studio and the walls are not sound proof. The road to reach the property is riddled with potholes. Front of house staff most unfriendly and unwelcoming Restaurant was good, staff friendly and very accommodating. Room was spacious, clean. Beautiful fireplace. Dam activites are great , weather dependant. Kids play area also good. The resort is cashless.

The resort is conveniently located and just a few minutes to Sun city, the major attraction in the province. Employee's understand the principles of service excellence. Rooms are spacious and homely.
Rooms: No wifi. Lack of privacy you can hear voice in the next room and also hear voice in the next unit
Enjoyed the stay with family,fabulous place,small pool at the unit is a relaxer,spacious rooms,pls consider covered carports
While there my room stayed warm not sure if the time of season had anything to do with it

The location was good.
Beautiful location. Every unit has direct access to the beach. The unit was comfortable and spacious. The staff at the boat house for the water sports were phenomenal. Always super helpful and going out of their way.
The apartment was beautiful, clean and very comfortable to live in. The design was modern and the kitchen was well stocked.
We love the kingdom resort. So much fun for the kids with the waterside, for the adults with the padel and mini golf. Just 3minutes away from Pilanesburg for amazing sightings.
The place is need and staff always helpful. The cleaning staff work well and are trustworthy. Beds and bathroom are clean. Secure playground for children.

Staff is very relaxed while also being helpful, which made us feel very comfortable. Had a blast with our three kids in the pool and doing activities on the resort. We got in several game drives as Pilanesberg gate is 5 minutes away. Restaurant food and service both excellent. Hope we can return.
The stay was amazing and really relaxing and beds were soft and comfy and the service,food and excellent the activities were very fun and exciting and really appreciate the helpful staff and friendly service and the whole family of The Kingdom resort,they really go out with the everyone and everything
