Room i in good condiotion but they dont provide drinking water from day two. ACTUALLY we suffered thirsty since we arrived a bit late and the restaurant where you can buy water was closed. Since I booked via Booking.com, there was no option for breakfast only to learn this hapens in their official website. The wifi is pathetic. You can rely on it for work

went to restaurant, greet by staff, accompanied to table, menu file could be cleaner, table, glasses all good, order taken and food served in a reasonable time.
The cleanness of the place, how we were welcomed by the staff and the view was very nice. The place is big and beautiful, one is able to take some walks and take beautiful pictures.
The Kingdom Resort is a beautiful holiday destination.It is child friendly. It is well kept.They have set daily activities which are child and family oriented, should you wish to participate. My family and I will definitely visit again.

This place was amazing
The staff from security when you arrive through to reception, waiters, cleaning staff are well spoken, professional and friendly.Our room was absolute neat and tidy, everyday the towels are washed and replaced, and room gets a spring cleaning session.The gardens are well kept, as well as the entertainment facilities.

A great resort. Top ranking for the kids entertainment facilities. But remember parents you are responsible for your children - not resort staff. The resort provides facilities. Parents are responsible for behavior & consequence.
We had a lovely stay, well maintained and clean, however there were some things that could have made it much better. When we phoned for the booking we were told that our unit is not sea facing but that the main bedroom has a small patio on the side of the building from which you can view the ocean. This was not the case we asked that if there was any cancelations for a patio unit we would glad pay more points to move, after two days passed a visibly empty patio unit was available (our whole stay) the reception staff did not even try to assist us to move we had to wait for working hour of the holiday club to phone and try and move but this service was also not very good as by Tuesday we finally got an answer that the unit “does not belong to the Holiday Club”.The rooms were very stuffy with no aircons. The fan in the lounge area barely worked thank goodness the bedroom fan was working well. Our fridge did not cool that well, and a slightly larger fridge would have been better too. I felt like the check in staff could have been a little more thorough with explaining how the cleaning services worked and other things they had to offer, I know check in time is busy but if you have to gather a couple of people together and verbally quickly explain, that would be perfect in my opinion. Instead a leaflet is given.

Relaxing experience in lovely surroyndings. Be aware there is little cell reception and no wi-fi. Great for kids.
The house was sufficient with sufficient living spaces for our family. Unit was still new and very clean. The resort is spacious with breathtaking views of Drakensberg and the Valley. Clean and neat facilities. Good play areas for children.

The overall place was stunning, we were lucky to have arrived just when most of the renovations where completed. We had a great time playing bingo with all the visitors. That was an awesome touch that allowed people to interact. The burgers were super good, fully enjoyed that.
Our favourite place to be in December. We love the upgrades The Beekman Group has made to the resort. Our family has been coming to Ilovo for 30years. We have loved seeing it get better and better over the years.
Where God's creative hand meets the creativity of man. A world class resort revealing precision of design thought. The view from 'The View', excuse the unintended pun, is simply majestic on a clear day. The place is really paradise for family, friends, couples etc. I can't wait to be back.

Easy to find place,very comfortable,it was a home away from home
I loved everything about it. My children enjoyed themselves. Our pool had warm water both morning and evening. Few steps away from the beach and cherry on too the staff was so friendly (receptionist,security and cleaners). I can't wait to visit the place again.

Very clean! The cleaning staff needs a raise!!! The staff is truly amazing, very welcoming, kind and helpful!!!!! Great location, near Sun City. The family room is very spacious, especially the braai area. The jungle cafe makes fantastic Pina coladas and other cotials, as well as the pizza at the restaurant. I enjoy that there are multiple pools / entertainment areas to select from. We were very happy that there was one heated pool, especially since it was winter

Bar staff were great,Izzy is very helpful and he enjoys working with customers.his supervisor on shift last night was also good. Ground staff, Housekeeping were also great.
The rooms are always comfortable and very nicely laid out with good fittings and finishes. The cleaning staff are courteous and exhibit a very good attitude to their job.
