Went to the Kingdom Resort three years ago and everything was as it was promised. Nice place and very friendly staff.
Awesome family getaway, the children, teenagers and adults fully enjoyed themselves. There are many things to do, the spa is always fully booked so book in advance, restaurant food is great, but the food takes long to prepare so order in time. The service at reception was very warm and welcoming, the apartments are extremely well laid out, very modern, clean, and has all that is needed for a self catering holiday. Parents can really relax while children play all day, there is always something to do. Will definitely go back. Rooms: Very clean and comfortable, modern and fully equipped. Safety: Very safe. Walkability: Easy to walk around and find your way. Food & drinks: Really well served food,

The kingdom resort is 1 of the best, the service was on top, rooms are neat, I really enjoyed my stay there.

That it was away from the city
Not great... the reception staff were rude (when walking around the other staff where amazing) the unit was small, they said there is a sleeper couch when all you do is sleep on the couch. The appliances were old and almost broken (the toaster was about to catch on fire) Overall, it's not a great stay. The bunnies were nice, though Rooms: Small
Good welcome, assistance with luggage, and daily house cleaning. The location is great too, close to lots of amenities in Durban, Umhlanga. Besides the rainy period, we had fun. Rooms: A bit small, but bedding is good and comfy. Nearby activities: Restaurants around, Gateway and Ocean View Malls nearby. Beach also just a walk away. Safety: Good security and it is well fenced. Walkability: Walkway to the beach, via the Park can be guided if requested. Otherwise nice quiet suburban walk. Food & drinks: No food nor drinks sold in the establishment. But all available within 2 min drive. Noteworthy details: Hot tub, indoors and outdoors.
Formosa bay was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and they have some great amenities for all ages.
Very clean! The cleaning staff needs a raise!!! The staff is truly amazing, very welcoming, kind and helpful!!!!! Great location, near Sun City. The family room is very spacious, especially the braai area. The jungle cafe makes fantastic Pina coladas and other cotials, as well as the pizza at the restaurant. I enjoy that there are multiple pools / entertainment areas to select from. We were very happy that there was one heated pool, especially since it was winter
A beautiful villa, well maintained. Well equipped kitchen.
Room was well equipped for self catering. We used the outdoor fireplace for our braai and it was cleaned immediately the next morning. Loved the access to the pools and relaxing loungers etc.
Honestly everything , everyone and everything contributed to the amazing experience. Exceeded my fiancé and I expectations.

A really lovely place to stay for a family getaway. There is a swimming pool, play area and small putt putt course. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Booked for 2 days but can only book in at 15:00 so i then only received 1 and half day. Wanted to take shower in evening and morning no hot water. Aircon did not work properly cooling the room.
The place is clean, the staff is friendly, place is safe, close to suncity, prices at the restaurant are reasonable, it's value for money, there is both a shower and bathtub and the water is always hot

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cayley Lodge. Beautiful location and comfortable chalets. Everything seems newly renovated. Lots of fun activities.
Great amenities for families, kids and adults. Very well maintained, good service, Golden Gate Park is beautiful and Clarens is 15kms away for easy access!
From arrival the stay was wonderful. Very helpful, polite office, grounds and cleaning staff made the arrival and stay very pleasant. the unit was clean and spacious with wonderful sea views and braai facilities. A peaceful resort. A lift would make the resort 100% perfect.
