Awesome place to get away. All depending on the weather for other activities. Lots to do around here.
We arrived late and left early, so we didn't spend time on activities. The Chalet, rooms, facilities in the kitchen, including a coffee machine was wow! The fireplace was perfect, really helped to keep us warm.
Although the hotel offers comfortable accommodations for short stays, its limited amenities and lack of dining and entertainment options make it unsuitable for extended periods. Additionally, airport drop-offs incur a fee. While the staff is generally friendly and helpful, one of the van drivers’ demeanor is less welcoming.
The resort was beautiful. A walk away from the beach .rooms very clean with room service. Meet and braai great event.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff where very helpful and efficient. There's so much to do at the resort and it is in close proximity to Philanesberg National Park and Sun City.

We had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo Resort! The room at Bergkaree B2 was absolutely beautiful — very neat, stylish, and perfectly prepared when we arrived. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The kitchen is especially stunning and well laid out, which made our stay even more comfortable. The resort itself has so much to offer. There’s plenty to do, lovely swimming pools, and it’s full of animals which makes the whole experience feel special and close to nature. I also visited the Body Bliss Spa during our stay and it was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the massage experience was relaxing and professional — truly hands of gold! It added that extra touch of luxury to our getaway. The only thing to keep in mind is that the resort is reached by about a 16-kilometer gravel road, which can be a bit rough and bumpy — but once you arrive, it is absolutely worth it. Overall, the staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was peaceful, enjoyable, and memorable. We will definitely be back! 🌿✨

The lodge has great facilities for kids , the family unit was clean, however there was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling, ideally an extractor fan should be installed. The service at the restaurant wasn't great at all even though it was only partially full, hence on day 2 we were left unattended for 10+ minutes and left prior to sit down.
Great water area Rooms: Strange that our two tall children were asked to sleep in normal sofas and not in either bed sofas or beds, despite us booking a room for 4

The breakfast was AHHHHmazing! The staff was friendly. The room was small and parking was tight but it was a good stay.
It’s peaceful
Ett okej boende men med ett 2 plumpar i protokollet. 1 Lägenheten i bottenvåning saknade all form av ventilation och luftkonditionering. Eftersom takfläktarna är obalanserade och högljudda så fick man välja om man ville ha rotation på luften eller tyst. Man fick antingen lyssna till fläkten eller svettas ihjäl. 2 Eftersom telefonbolagen i Sydafrika har så dålig täckning runt boendet borde det finnas ordentlig wifi täckning över hela boendet - även på bottenvåningen. Och det fanns inte något som fungerade tillfredsställande. Tyvärr inte några 5 stjärnor

Nearby activities: Unweit von einem Gate das in den Pilanesberg Nationalpark führt und in der Nähe von SunCity. Food & drinks: Es gibt ein Restaurant in dem man allerdings nur am Buffet teilnehmen kann.

I travel around the world every second month ...l found my other Singapire experience at Kingdom Resort...The lovely welcome ..Service top notch from reception to the villas right up to the restaurants...Amazing heated pool ...Quad bikes ...The silence ...One could only hear birds ..The peace ...lam definitely coming back again !!!
It was actually my second time there and there is nothing not to like from activities the staff.

Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoor lifestyle
We booked the two bedroom villa with splash pool for 2 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. Clean, beautiful and spacious. The service was excellent. My only complaint is the hard double bed, but that won't stop me from going back there. Everywhere was within walking distance and perfect for children. Rooms: 2 bedroom. Nearby activities: Qued biking, Pedal, day spar, pools, restaurant, bar. Safety: Very safe. Your teenagers can walk around on there own and do there own activities. Walkability: Good Walking distance and shuttle service available. Food & drinks: Buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent and I highly recommend it.

The staff were extremely helpful and assisted with having our rooms close to each other and sourcing some items we forgot. The place itself was lovely and peaceful.

Wonderful facilities especially for the winter weather, we liked the fact that our unit had a heated pool that we could enjoy.
It has everything you need
We had such a lovely family stay at Margate Beach Hotel! The hotel is very family-friendly and the beachfront location is definitely one of its biggest highlights. I particularly loved the kids’ programmes that were scheduled throughout the week during our stay. The kids’ activity room was also a huge plus — it kept the little ones entertained and busy, giving parents a bit of time to relax and enjoy the holiday too. We booked a two-bedroom unit, which was perfect for our family and gave us plenty of space. The room was cleaned daily, except on public holidays, which was understandable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The combination of the beachfront location, spacious family accommodation and the activities available for children makes Margate Beach Hotel a great option for families looking for a relaxed and enjoyable getaway. We would definitely consider staying here again! Rooms: We booked a two bedroom. Nearby activities: Wild coast. Banana farm. Safety: Relatively safe. Walkability: The place is beachfront. Food & drinks: The hotel is self catering however we were able to order in and to go buy anything we needed at nearby shops and restaurants. Noteworthy details: The hotel does not have a covered parking which may be an issue when there’s hail or excessive sunshine.
